M&E Construction Manager
Job Description:
-To project manage the construction phase services for particular projects that the company is working on. Responsible for day-to-day planning of work activities for the engineers assigned to the particular projects.
-Ability to lead construction phase team assigned to complete services to exceed customer requirements.
-Responsible to manage construction phase team allocated, and ensure that that the quality system is implemented on all phases of the services.
-Manage and organize the construction phase team assigned.
-Liaise with the Principal Engineer to determine resource requirements.
-Leading role in customer relations. Required to attend meeting with the customer, consultant team and contractors.
-Ability to read, absorb and understand the various standards with which the projects are required to be designed to.
-Advise the Principal Engineer of the training needs, or missing resources, and/or experience in the project team assigned.
-Responsible for ensuring that company guidelines are followed with respect to safety, and to report to the Principal Engineer all violations of safety policy and all accidents.
-Required to be able to manage several projects at the one time, subject to resource allocation.
Job Requirement:
-Engineering University graduated or other similar education.
-Certificated in M&E Construction.
-Good knowledge about Construction Project Management.
-At least 2 years experience in same position.
-Good communication in both English & Vietnamese.
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Good relation with clients.
-Male from 30 years old and above.
