| Our hotel experience includes the Park Hyatt Saigon (259 key), and a number of resorts throughout Vietnam. From the vacancies experienced only a few years agon in Saigon to the current demand, we only foresee considerable growth and demand in hotel construction. . |

| Healthcare | |
| The Franco Vietnamese hospital (200 bed) in Saigon South was the first international standard hospital in Vietnam. Since then we have offered our expertise to a Cardiovascular Hospital (200 bed) in Hue, and Hue Pediatric Hospital. |

| Apartments | |
| In recent years there has been an explosion in the number of apartments being built and sold, and we have been involved in over 2,500 apartments for a wide variety of clients inluding Phu My Hung, Bitexco, Tung Shing, Avalon, and Nguyen Du Park Villas. In the long term demand for new housing in Vietnam will only increase. Our projects include high and medium end offerings for a wide variety of customers. |

| Education | |
| Our education experience includes RMIT University's Saigon South Campus (phase 1 completed and phase 2 underway), RMIT City Campus and IT Centre, as well as Learning Resouce Centres in Hue, Danang and Can Tho, totalling some 37,000 m2 of educational space. |

| Currently we are working on 93,000m2 of office space ranging from 12 to 36 storey projects. We anticipate considerable demand for office space in the near future as business here grows and matches the demand of other regional centres. |

| Industrial | |
| Steel, flour, paint, seafood, pharmaceticals, cosmetics and oil & gas are some of the industries we have been involved with. Our current consultancy work for Lotus on their new steel cold rolling mill (150,000 t/annum) is of particular interest, covering engineering consultancy and project management. All areas of industry are expecting to expand in the coming years. |

| Infrastructure | |
| Arguably, the highlight of our experience is the Phu My Bridge, a 380m cable stay bridge planned to cross the mouth of the Saigon River, connecting Saigon South with District 2. |  |
| Retail | |
By every indicator, retailing is expecting to undergo drastic changes in the near future with the rise of shopping complexes and the more efficient use of land currently by occupied by shop fronts. Our projects include supermarkets for Cora (20,000 m2), and shopping malls for Bitexco (50,000 m2) and Indochina Capital (10,000 m2), and we anticipate huge growth as the demands of the rising Vietnamese middle class are met.
