Our team consists of the following principal members.
Carl Gay Carl is our Principal Engineer. Carl has over 23 years professional engineering experience, with a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a masters in business management from APESMA/Deakin University, Australia. He is registered on the Australian National Register of Professional Engineers in the areas of building services, mechanical engineering and management. The last twelve years have been spent in Vietnam, with prior experience in Australia, United Kingdom and Africa in contracting, supply, consultancy, R&D and manufacturing. |

| Ross Potter | |
| Ross is our Chief Electrical Engineer. Ross has over 19 years professional engineering experience, with a bachelor degree from University of Aukland. He is member of the Institute of Professional Engineers New Zealand (MIPENZ) Electrical, and he is registered International Professional Engineer IntPE (NZ) and APEC Professional Engineer. He has worked in both South East Asia and Australia. |  |
| Le Vu Phong | |
Phong is our M&E Construction Manager and is responsible for the construction phase of our commercial projects. Phong has 17 years experience in the construction industry , and has degrees in mechanical engineering (University of Technology - HCMC) and in law (National Law University). Projects of note that he has contributed to prior

| Le Ngoc Ho | |
Ho is a Project Manager and is responsible for our industrial projects, during design and construction phases. Ho has 15 years experience with a refrigeration engineering degree from the Fisheries University in Nha Trang. Ho has excelled as a project engineer, responsible for design and construction phases of projects, for a number of M&E contractors in HCMC and surrounding provinces, prior to joining Indochine Engineering. Projects of note that he has contributed to prior to joining Indochine Engineering include the following projects; Proctor & Gamble Vietnam, Bayer Vietnam, Unilever Vietnam, Coats Phong Phu, Jotun Powder Coating, CUB Brewery Danang, Valspar Vietnam, and Chancellor Court. |

| Nguyen Cong Minh Tri | |
Tri is an Senior Electrical Engineer and is responsible for the electrical design for our commercial and industrial projects. Tri has 12 years experience with a degree in electrical engineering from HCMC University of Technology. Tri has shown a great eye for implementing international electrical standards to projects in Vietnam. Projects of note that he has contributed to prior to joining Indochine Engineering include the following projects; Vietnam Brewery, Walls Vietnam, Saigon Waterpark, Delta Juice Long An, Johnson Wax and Coca Cola Vietnam. |

| Dinh Huu Binh | |
Binh is an Senior Mechanical Engineer and is responsible for the mechanical design for our commercial and industrial projects. Binh has 10 years experience with a degree in mechanical engineering from HCMC University of Technology. Binh has shown as great eye for implementing international HVAC standards to projects in Vietnam, and oversea (Australia, UK and America). He is registered Design Engineer in Vietnam for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services. |
