We use our project extranet to assist in design collaboration between different parties, for tendering to contractors and for assisting the construction management process.
Having a single central document management system for a project has some huge advantages over the course of a project.
Follow the steps below to access our project extranet.
Email us for your userid and password to allow access to specific projects, or simply to our common area for guests.
Logging On
The project administrator on request, will add you to the project site. You will receive an email with the connecting URL, username, and password.
Uploading Documents
To upload documents go to your respective folder, (add additional folders if necessary), and add the documents or drawings as necessary.
Downloading Documents
Open documents and save to your hard drive as required.
Security, Support and Backup
Transfers between the server and the project members is by HTTPS, the same security used when you buy something with a credit card on the internet. The system is not sufficiently secure for a bank, but is the best that is available at present.
Support is available from ICE during normal office hours (Vietnam time).
Backup of data is available upon request for a fee.
